Si votre voisin·e, un·e ami·e ou autre, vit avec des poules que vous jugez “bien traitées”, c’est parce qu’elle ou il les a au mieux recueillies, au pire achetées dans un élevage. Dans un cas comme dans l’autre, pour chaque poule, un mâle a été tué à la source, car les poules pondeuses et les “poulets de chair” sont des races distinctes.
Pourquoi ne pas consommer les œufs de poules “heureuses”, vivant chez vous, chez un·e ami·e, chez un·e voisin·e… ?
